Solid Peghead 14 fret
14 fret models have a solid peghead. Necks are bolt-on mahogany with a truss rod for easy adjustment.
Slotted Peghead 12 fret
12 fret models have a slotted peghead. Necks are bolt-on mahogany with a truss rod for easy adjustment.
Cutaway OM
Cutaway models allow for easier access to the upper frets. Wood choices will vary depending on availability.
Standard OM

Meet the builder
Matt Eltringham was born and raised in West Chester Pennsylvania and started playing guitar at the age of 8. In his teenage years, he began to dabble in woodwork, building some furniture and eventually took a summer apprentice job with a custom cabinet maker and antique furniture restorer. It was natural that his love for the guitar and woodworking would lead him to become a luthier. After building his first acoustic guitar, he knew he wanted to continue building and selling fine instruments. The name Deep Creek was inspired by the Deep Creek Lake area of Western Maryland, where Matt and his family had a small vacation home for many years. The natural beauty of the area links perfectly with his mission to use all-natural products in his builds… no plastic… no lacquer, just wood, steel, bone, and metal.
